Shipping Policy

Where we ship
Avaresha currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States. Available service and final shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Processing time
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimate
Tracked Standard delivery is estimated at 10–20 business days after shipment. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs, or other conditions outside our control.

Shipping rates
Tracked Standard shipping is $8 for orders under $75. Tracked Standard shipping is free for qualifying orders of $75 or more. Eligibility is calculated at checkout.

Tracking
When your order ships, tracking information will be sent using the contact details provided at checkout. Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement. Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

Address accuracy and order changes
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately through avaresha.com/pages/contact if an address correction or cancellation is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters processing or ships, and additional costs caused by an incorrect address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Delays and delivery issues
If tracking shows an unusual delay or your order has not arrived after the estimated delivery window, contact us through avaresha.com/pages/contact with your order number. We will review the tracking information and help with the appropriate carrier or fulfillment inquiry.

Damaged or incorrect deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through the Contact page and include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue.
