30-Day Return and Refund Policy
We accept eligible return requests within 30 calendar days after your order is delivered. The refund method depends on when the return request is submitted.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Starting a return
Submit your request through the Contact page at avaresha.com/pages/contact or email returns@avaresha.com before sending an item back. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Include your order number and clear photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions
Gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and items marked final sale cannot be returned. Items that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, or customer-caused damage are not eligible.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to complete an approved return and place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds and Avaresha e-gift card credit
Eligible return requests submitted within the first 14 calendar days after delivery may qualify for a refund to the original payment method after the returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved.
Eligible return requests submitted from day 15 through day 30 after delivery will be issued as an Avaresha e-gift card after the returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved. These returns are not eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
The Avaresha e-gift card value will equal the amount actually paid for the approved returned merchandise after discounts. Original shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, and return shipping costs are not included. Applicable taxes will be handled as required by law.
Avaresha e-gift cards are delivered electronically to the email address associated with the order, may be used for eligible purchases at Avaresha.com, do not expire, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. Approved original-payment refunds are issued within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
